By accessing the Mavu Estates / Farming Engine platform, operated by Mavumium ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the system.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and billing-related issues.
The Mavu Estates platform provides agricultural simulations, business starter kits, and IQ challenges. These tools are designed for educational and strategic planning purposes. While our Profit Calculator utilizes industry-standard data, all outputs should be reviewed by a professional financial advisor before making significant investment decisions.
Mavumium, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our simulations, data projections, or business plans. Agriculture involves inherent risks including weather, market volatility, and biological factors that our simulations cannot fully predict.
All proprietary algorithms, UI designs, brand assets, and the "Mavumium" and "Mavu Estates" trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Mavumium. Users are granted a limited license to use and modify generated reports for their own business purposes.
